Flat out relaxation

Perhaps your boss gave your team a session of Floating Breath, and you found it helpful for managing stress - but it was a one-off … no matter! Book a short guided relaxation with Elizabeth at a time that suits you. At an affordable $30 and at around 20 minutes long, it could be the reset that boosts your energy and focus for the rest of the day. Find a quiet and private place, put up the ‘do not disturb’ sign, log on and dissolve some cortisol.

Yoga

Online Group Classes

Join an online group yoga class. Shake off the stress. This is a stronger class and generally suitable for most ages and abilities. The yoga is lively but steady, peaceful yet strong, and always gentle. Elizabeth listens attentively to your needs.

Online twice weekly:

Mondays 12.30-1.30 and Fridays 10-11 am.

Private 1:1 lessons start at $120 per hour when you visit the studio in Kew and $200 for a private in-house session at your office or in your home. Props provided. Each session allows a few minutes of settle-in and wind-down time. Organise a 1:1 session here
