Elizabeth Bell teaches steady, intuitive & playful yoga where the needs of her students come first. She has made it her priority to create a space where shy and vulnerable people can learn yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

Elizabeth teaches whatever aspect of yoga the student needs, in the moment, to bring balance, refreshment and steadiness. According to your needs, the class could be a mix of restorative yoga, healing yoga, gentle yoga, flowing yoga, revitalising yoga, and all of it breath-led yoga.

Elizabeth also has extensive experience teaching yoga to people living with a disability. She has worked with people who are recovering from stroke, and those who live with MS and CP. She has also successfully adapted hoists to facilitate movement for people in wheelchairs. Note: I would come to your home.

Fully insured and qualified with a COVID plan in place. She is fully vaccinated with 5 Covid-19 vaccines; she also has an annual RSV and Flu (A & B) shot.

Although the studio has a full range of props, should you feel more comfortable, please bring your own mat and blanket.
